A retrospective exhibition by Argentine artist Rogelio Polesello will present a selection of about 80 works that belong to public and private collections, including historical works, paintings and acrylics produced from the late ‘50s to the mid-1970s.

The Cuban artist speaks about some of the works in the show “Hablando mal de las piedras” (Bad Talk About the Stones) held at the S.A.M.K. Museum in Belgium and how they came up; about the diverse statements and reflections proposed for the viewer and about the way in which the works coexist in the same space in spite of being completely different.

The political and aesthetic aspects of Wilfredo Prieto´s work is highlighted as well as the artificial transformations through which several everyday objects propose important reflections.
