Takashi Murakami, CNN interview
In an interview with Kristie Lu for the television network CNN, Japanese contemporary artist Takashi Murakami speaks about his life and his interest in contemporary art.

Superflat, an artistic movement headed by Murakami, is one of the concepts covered in the interview that help introducing Anime, Manga and the protagonists of his work.

In addition, Murakami talks about collaborating in the animation of a Kanye West’s music video, the design of Louis Vuitton articles—after Marc Jacobs invited him to collaborate in 2004—introducing the concept of contemporary art in commercial products, and his formal artistic education in Japan and New York.
