Rhiannon Paget has been appointed as the Curator of Asian Art at the John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art
Rhiannon Paget, Ph.D., will oversee Asian art exhibitions and collections, including publications, collection development and research. She began her responsibilities at The Ringling on July 31, 2017.
CaixaForum Barcelona Presents El mundo de Giorgio de Chirico: sueño o realidad (The World of Giorgio de Chirico: Dream or Reality)
Regarded as one of the most important artists of the 20th century, Giorgio de Chirico (1888–1978) makes his presence known at the CaixaForum Barcelona, in an exhibition that surveys the Italian artist's imaginary through 125 works.

Dallas Museum of Art Announces Acquisition of Yayoi Kusama Mirror Room
The Dallas Museum of Art (DMA) announced the acquisition of Yayoi Kusama’s All the Eternal Love I Have for the Pumpkins (2016), one of the artist’s signature Infinity Mirror Rooms.

Living and working in the Schlemmer House in Dessau
In the 1920’s the Masters’ Houses in Dessau became the epitome of an artist community of the twentieth century. This is where Walter Gropius, Oskar Schlemmer, Georg Muche, László Moholy-Nagy, Lyonel Feininger, Wassily Kandinsky and Paul Klee and their families lived next door to each other.

It was in Dessau, home of the Bauhaus from 1925, where the buildings and main products that defined architecture and modern design were created.
