Chana Budgazad named the Executive Director of The Museum of Contemporary Art in North Miami
The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), North Miami has tapped Chana Budgazad Sheldon to be its new executive director starting January 17.

Front International, Cleveland Triennial for Contemporary Art: an American City
FRONT is a new Art Triennial based in Cleveland and opening the summer of 2018. Under the artistic direction of Michelle Grabner, the triennial features 70 local and international artists.
Fernando La Rosa
Fernando La Rosa (1943-2017) was a seminal figure in Peruvian photography in the last quarter of the 20th century. He was the founder and director of Secuencia (1976-1980), the first art gallery and school in Peru dedicated exclusively to photography.

The University of Florida Center for Latin American Studies is sponsoring Library Travel Research Grants for Spring and Summer 2018
The purpose of the grants is to enable faculty researchers from other U.S. colleges and universities to use the extensive resources of the Latin American and Caribbean Collection in the University of Florida Libraries.


A tale of two worlds
Museum für Moderne Kunst Frankfurt am Main

On the occasion of the exhibition "A Tale of Two Worlds," we feature the video produced by the Museum für Moderne Kunst Frankfurt am Main, in collaboration with the Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires. The exhibition is a dialogue between the Museum's collection and Latin American works produced from 1944 to the end of the 1980s. The curators shed light on the relationship established between the works in order to show the development of Latin American art.
