Organized by the Spanish Embassy in the Dominican Republic the catalog from the 8th Anthropological Festival of Afro Cultures is a synopsis of the event. The festival included presentations, conferences and exhibitions in relation to the contributions made from the Haitian culture to the Dominican Republic and to The Caribbean.
